When building this organization, we took time to consider how we could create the widest-spanning impact, fuel our innovations and research efforts, and reach those who are most in need of harm reduction.
We want our products, information, and resources to be as accessible as possible, while also ensuring a sustainable and efficient organization that can achieve these projects to the best of its ability. In envisioning this relationship, we are excited to announce our hybrid organization model—one that allows for open communication and interaction between our initiatives, and the ability to serve every community in need.
Transparency’s Nonprofit 501c3 Organization
Our nonprofit branch will lead our educational outreach initiatives, empowering other organizations and government entities to utilize our resources at every turn. We hope to put information directly into the hands of the consumer, by facilitating educational outreach programs, creating customizable, subculture-specific harm reduction materials, and launching public awareness campaigns in a variety of physical and online environments.
For the first time in 13 years, we are opening our funding initiatives to our incredible community. If you believe in our mission to bring education to the drug space and lower overdose and drug-related fatality, we would greatly appreciate any contribution!
DonateTransparency’s Impact-Driven B-Corp
To create an environment that aligns with our mission, we are in the process of acquiring certification to become a B-Corporation. B-Corps are impact-oriented companies that meet specific standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
Our B-Corp will lead our research initiatives, and introduce our products into the retail and e-commerce space. We want to ensure our test kits, lab analysis services, and harm reduction products are available in both brick and mortar and virtual consumer markets. This facilitates our ability to continue developing and manufacturing better, more accessible harm reduction products, along with streamlining technological advancements, conducting lab testing, and creating user-friendly harm reduction apps.
We have been entirely self-funded for over a decade. For the first time, we are opening up our organization to consider strategic partners and impact-oriented investors who want to be a part of the Transparency brand. If you believe this could be you, we’d love to have you join us in moving into the future of harm reduction together.
